Dalia Edwards is the Head of Operations at DBeforeE, joining in 2013. A seasoned television executive with over 20 years of television production management experience in reality, variety, music, event, talk, and game show formats, Dalia brings innovative thinking and high-level creative problem solving to the DBE team.

Lauren Browning
Art Director
Lauren is the lead Art Director at DBeforeE. Lauren brings extensive experience in the entertainment industry, from large scale theatrical and circus productions (including Cirque Du Soleil Las Vegas residencies) to TV awards shows and reality competition shows. Lauren is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Theatre Arts, emphasis on Scenic Design and Technical Direction. Lauren’s background makes her a skilled problem solver and collaborator, both on and off set, with the dexterity to bring projects into reality smoothly.

Ryan Godbout
Assistant Art Director
Ryan is the Assistant Art Director at DBeforeE. He began his career in the Boston area after earning a degree in Construction Management from UMass Amherst. With 10+ years of experience as a stagehand and propmaker in LA, Ryan brings practical experience and valuable technical insight to the design and planning process.
